2. Responsibility of the Establishment

By using the OTÊLI platform, the Manager commits to:

Securing access to their login credentials and connection passwords.
Using the personal data of their overnight guests in compliance with the data protection legislation of their country of operation.
Not using the service for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal purposes.

3. Service availability

OTÊLI strives to ensure a platform availability rate of 99.9%. Planned maintenance operations are announced in advance on the dashboard to minimize interruptions to your property management.

4. Intellectual property

All elements constituting the OTÊLI platform (source code, design, brand, logo, graphic guidelines, illustrations, and typography) are the exclusive property of OTÊLI. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
