Volume, by agreement
- Who it's for :
- hospitality consultants, integrators, agencies, country distributors who bring in several establishments.
- Reward :
- progressive commission based on volume, set by contract.
- Payout :
- schedule and channel agreed with you in the contract.

- by application. We review your profile and sign a partnership agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be an OTÊLI customer to refer?
No. The program is open to everyone. If you are a customer, you also get the option to be paid in subscription credit.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No. Every establishment you bring in whose first payment is confirmed earns a commission.
Can I be in both the Referral and Partner programs at the same time?
No. The Partner program, which is contract-based, replaces the Referral program once you join it.
Can I refer myself?
No. The referral code must belong to another establishment, with a different person in charge.
My referral doesn't pay by card. Does it still count?
Yes. Whether payment goes through our platform or another method arranged with our team, the referral counts once the first payment is confirmed.
How and when am I paid?
After the clearance period following your referral's first confirmed payment, your reward is released. You're then paid through the channel of your choice (bank transfer, mobile money, account credit) once you reach the minimum threshold.
How long is my referral tracked?
The code entered at sign-up stays attached to the establishment permanently.
What happens if my referral cancels or gets a refund?
If the cancellation happens during the clearance period, no commission is due. After that, it's yours.
